Following an initial consultation, which will include a fitness assessment, a nutrition questionnaire including weight and body fat analysis, I will then prepare you your own personal programme, taking into account the information supplied and your chosen goals. In each six week period I will monitor your progress and then update your programme so your body will never plateau. I will give ongoing advice on any aspects of nutrition and if needed devise your own personal eating plans to suit your lifestyle.

Within 6-8 weeks you will start to notice

Being unique means you have different needs to others when it comes to exercise. A ‘one size fits all’ approach rarely works, particularly in today’s environment of poor posture, stress and confused dieting. It merely puts your body under further strain by tailoring your exercise
program to the needs of YOUR body - nobody else’s’. Each session will focus on breathing, postural
correction, cardiovascular health, flexibility, strength and core stabilisation, including lower back care and recuperation. No stone will be left unturned!
